as one of our triathlon and running coaches. Since
completing his first Sprint Triathlon in Doha, Kuwait in
May of 1998, Brett has gone on to complete over 40
multi sport events including numerous Ironman and
marathon races as well as shorter distance events.
Brett brings the right combination of knowledge,
experience, patience, and enthusiasm to The Sport
Factory and we are pleased to have him on board.

Metabolic testing gives you an accurate and specific
baseline to build your fitness on. VO2 / AT tests
determines your fitness levels and create heart rate
zones based on these levels.
RMR testing (resting metabolic rate) lets you know
