A Note from the Treasurer
As you may have heard the AUSCP received a generous grant that will match all donations given by August 29, 2012, up to $20,000. This generous offer can move us to another level and enable us to follow through on some of our resolutions and other projects. Donations given now will be tax deductible. I will issue receipts for all who request them in January just as your parishes are probably accustomed to do. We have deposited in the bank $4,450 toward the matching grant. I hope there are some donations in the mail, but we still have a distance to go. If you have any questions, you can email me.
Some of you have already requested receipts for your van fees. I will be working on those requests this week. I just have to figure out how to send out receipts by email from Quikbooks, our accounting program. All checks that were paid to St. Leo's or paid at the assembly have been deposited and they also can serve as a receipt.
