| Entering a Meet Correctly
|
Entering a meet can be easy and stress free if you start with a good spreadsheet program such as Excel or Numbers. You need to make sure you keep this information as up to date as possible throughout the entire competition season.
Before you begin you need to make sure you have all the critical data (gymnast information) to input onto your spreadsheet:
- First and Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Gymnast Level
- USAG Number
For complete information on how to enter this data correctly read more...

| Feature of the Month Email Promotions/Flyers
|
Meet Control offers three ways to promote your meet!
All flyers are custom designed by our staff to accommodate the needs of each club hosting a meet and are emailed out to any Region and/or State in the Continental US.
- Save The Date-$25 for 1 send-This flyer adds just enough flare (name of meet, dates, location, levels, contact info.) so that each gym receiving it can see an opportunity to attend!

- Email Promotion-$250 for 3 sends-Forget snail mail and the cost of postage, this flyer is our most extensive flyer available. We not only offer the basic information that Save The Dates have, but this one also offers ALL meet information. There are also active links for the excel entry form and hotel information.

 - Newsletter Promotion-$50 for 3 "plugs" in our Newsletter-These promotions are the ones located on the left. Each offers the meet logo, meet dates and a link to the meet site.
