3^rd annual Hair Farmers Benefit Concert was a Rockin' Success!

The London Pub was the new home of the 3^rd Annual Hair Farmers concert in support of Kids Up Front on May 27, 2011. The popular Whistler band attracted a full house and guests enjoyed dancing, a live auction, and raffle. The fundraiser raised over $6,000 for Kids Up Front.

Levi, a client of Vancouver Coastal Health, enjoys a Canucks game from a suite at Rogers Arena donated by Boston Pizza Foundation.

As Vancouver was gripped by Canucks Fever, another lucky boy had the chance of a lifetime to attend a Stanley Cup playoff game thanks to the generosity of Wastech Services Ltd:

"Tyler was extremely excited to see the Canucks in action against San Jose. The seats were amazing, right behind the Canucks bench, and he got to see his favourite players up close. The game was unbelievable and Tyler had a great time. He came home exhausted and went straight to bed, but not before telling his mom how much fun he had at the Canucks game.

Thanks so much for thinking of us, this was the perfect pick-me-up for a very sick young man".

Future Shop

The marketing department at Future Shop donated their time and expertise to develop marketing tools for Kids Up Front. Modeled after TV's The Apprentice, the three hour workshop encouraged team building within the department and the opportunity to give back to the community. The teams produced exciting new creative materials that will help Kids Up Front tell their unique stories.
