Trinity Pension has launched a help desk software so our Relationship Managers can better assist clients with technical questions. 

With permission, our Relationship Managers will be able to remotely view a client's desktop in order to assist with the completion of different documents throughout the year, such as the census spreadsheet and Form 5500. 

Our goal is to create efficiency and eliminate the frustration that often goes along with these tasks.
