| 5500 Signing Credentials
With the upcoming Form 5500 deadline, it's not too soon to be sure you have your Department of Labor signing credentials readily available.
You must have this information to electronically sign your Form 5500 for the 2010 Plan Year.
Your signing credentials consist of a User ID and a PIN number assigned by the DOL. Your user ID is 8 characters and begins with the letter 'A' followed by 7 numbers. Your PIN is a 4-digit number.
Please locate your signing credentials so you can sign your 5500 when completed.
