Welcome to Edition No 7 of ATMdesk's Newsletter, keeping you up to date with all you need to know about our ATMdesk Diagnostic Software for NCR ATMs.
Lots of time was spent over the course of the last two months to develop our website further (see separate articles below and on the left side). Should you find any issues with one of these new functions on our website, please contact Support.

Sub-Accounts
Many customers asked us for the possibility to create sub-accounts, now it is here! Simply send us an E-Mail and we will open this function for you...
What is this good for? Now you can keep all your licenses in one central account, and create as many sub-accounts as you wish for your branches, teams or people with their own login. You can transfer licenses to their accounts, they can login and load their keys locally without the need to have your login and to log into your central account.
After "(Sub)-Accounts Management" has been enabled for your account (following your request), please (re-)login, go to "Manage Accounts", and start with selecting "Create New Account": 
fill the form as necessary, press "Save Changes", next select "Transfer Licenses" and you will see a full list of all ATMdesk licenses available to you. Chose which to transfer, enter the Quantity, and press Enter.
The chosen quantity of licenses will be transferred from your account to the new sub-account. By login into the sub-account you can see the licenses just transferred to your sub account.
What's more, you can delegate sub-accounts management to your branches, creating multi-level structure like "headoffice - branches - engineers" or even deeper. Simply assign "Allow Manage Accounts" to those of your sub-accounts which have to be "branches", transfer a bulk of licenses to them and they can handle the rest on their own - with you still in a position to monitor their activities from your central "headoffice" account!

Protect Your Key
With more than 2500 engineers all around the globe working with ATMdesk every day by now, there is no way to prevent some of the engineers losing their ATMdesk Key. If the key held an ATMdesk/Pro UnLim license, this means $940 loss!
That is why we have the Protect Your Key function on our website, allowing you to assign an individual Expiry Date for each dongle. Should the dongle get lost, it becomes worthless on that day, and - on your request - we'll mark this dongle as lost in our database and provide you with a free replacement license on the day the lost dongle "expired". All you'll need is to purchase another dongle for $40 plus shipping cost, saving you $900 in this example!
So we strongly recommend to Protect Your Key. For all our larger customers with many keys in the field, we developed a special procedure, allowing you to Protect all Your Keys from a central location, without the need to bring the key physically back to the head office.
