Support for 6622e
We added support for 6622e to ATMdesk/Pro, incl. new mini Misc. I/F and Receipt Printer without Transport.
BTW: this 6622e support was added only with remote access to a 6622e "down under"! A big hand and many thanks to our friends in Australia, helping and supporting us in this project!

Support for "Bantam" p70 Spray Dispensers and NID2 Bunch Dispensers
Last on our list of good old SDC devices: SDC Spray Dispenser in p70 Bantam, as well as newest variant of SDC Bunch Dispenser (NID2), now also supported in ATMdesk.

Support 66xx with GOP (PIVAT w/ ATI Video Card)
The GOP connected to an ATI Video Card in PIVAT cores really gave our R&D team a hard time, but now - finally - ATMdesk/Pro fully supports this configuration too.

Mainly for our customers here in Germany we added support for BA18 Account Services Terminal with Sankyo USB Document Processing Module.

/Repair "Stripped"
And for our ATMdesk/Repair customers, who have installed ATMdesk/Repair to diagnose only one specific Module (e.g. only Card Readers), we came up with a "stripped" version of ATMdesk/Repair suitable for one or more selected Modules (Card Readers, Dispensers, Depositaries, Printers, or EPPs) only, but at a fraction of the price of ATMdesk/Repair.

Next on our list are all the different CPMs incl. SCPM and 2-sided Thermal Printers, all due for release with V.7.5 in June 2011.

Welcome to Edition No 5 of ATMdesk's quarterly Newsletter, keeping you up to date with all you need to know about our ATMdesk Diagnostic Software for NCR ATMs.
Although most of our time was spent on ATMdesk/Plus and ATMdesk/Live on our home page last quarter, we also added support for a number of new devices (for details please see left). We are always working hard adding support for more devices. If you find devices not supported by ATMdesk, please contact Support.
