• General evaluation of the home's interior and exterior conditions
• Inspect all plumbing connections for proper installation and leakage
• Test water pressure to home's plumbing systems
• Inspect typical "suspect" areas for moisture, mold* or wood rot*
• Evaluate crawl space conditions (if applicable)
• Inspect attic conditions (if applicable)
• Test temperature and humidity levels inside the home as well as attic and crawlspace if applicable
• Inspect exterior doors and windows for energy loss and protection against weather
• Inspect natural gas connections and exposed lines
• Test electrical outlets for proper grounding
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions if necessary
