Welcome to a New Property Manager and New Association
At this time, we welcome to our management team, Bill Cape. Bill will be assisting communities in Grand Blanc and Okemos. To our family of managed communities, we welcome Northridge Ponds in Brighton. |
Upcoming Seminars for 2012

Our developing schedule for training seminars in 2012 will include:
Treasurer's seminar- An overview of how to read your financial reports, keep track of your budget, tools to help look ahead and develop next year's budget.
Legal Seminar- A chance for your association to meet with Attorney Steve Sowell and discuss the burning issues of the day. Topics could include rental guidelines, handling violations, etc.
Website Training- A session to bring board members up to speed on how to use your association's web portal that is made available available by Cummings.
Budget Workshops- We will be offering 3 separate sessions to accommodate as many associations as possible in 2012.
