| Letter From The President |

Greetings!
Budget, budgets and more budgets. Managers and Treasurers are meeting to crunch numbers and to recommend service providers for 2012. November is a great month to review what has worked for the past 10 months and to plan for next year.

Keeping Kids Warm This Season
| |

In the past, Cummings Property Management employees have "Rung the Bell" for the Salvation Army to raise funds for their winter projects. This year we are spreading their message to donate to Coats for Kids. Last year, 1,761 coats were given to needy children. Drop off points for those gently used coats are Genesee Valley and Courtland Center, Fed Ex offices, Kinkos, the Salvation Army, and Brenda's Absolutely the Best Cleaners. If you have a coat to donate and can't get to one of these drop off site, contact your manager who will bring them into our office for delivery.
