Greetings!
We would like to welcome to our family of managed communities Swan Lake Condominium Association of Davison and The Cliffs of Grand Blanc.
If the days have slipped away as quickly for you as they have for me, don't forget that it is time to blow out those irrigation systems, clean the eaves troughs, order in the ice melting agent of choice and complete the budget plans for 2012.

Fundraising for the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan

 Food Bank contributions have been outstandingly generous. 2011 marks our second year of a partnership with the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan. Together, we can do so much good.
Be sure to ask your manager to include information on how your community can participate in the effort.

Contest Winners

Winners of our August Contests
In July and August we posted a contest to all associations to increase the number of SenEarthCo users. At the time we had 1062 users. At the end of the contest we had 1151. The association with the largest % increase in users was Cliff View Village, with 120% increase in the amount of users. They win the $50 Home Depot Gift Card. Congratulations Cliff View Village ! Again in August, we posted a request for all board members to complete an online survey to review customer satisfaction. We had 25 respondents. As promised, 3 respondents were selected to win a $50.00 gift card. The three winners are listed below. The overall response was positive. We averaged 4.3 out of 5 for all categories. - George Kukler from Chase Park

Looking Ahead to 2012 Budgets
The October Budget workshops quickly filled up. Those who hesitated to register have been calling. We do not want to miss helping out any community so if you were unable to get registered for the October 12 or the October 17 session, we have added another daytime session on Tuesday, October 18th, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the Taylor Rd. office. If all else fails, please e-mail me at kay.bushey@cummingspm.com so we can compare calendars and find a date and time suitable for everyone. This is especially important for our CARS clients.
