Kay's Blog |
In an effort to keep our communities up to date on all of the Condo related news and timely topics that come across my desk on a regular basis, I have started a Blog.
I encourage you all to take a moment every now and then to check in on the latest submission. I will be doing my best to keep it brief and informative, and as always of interest to fellow condo owners.
The latest post is entitled "Tending to Your Empty Nest." Take a look, I'm sure you'll find it an intersting read. Feel free to pass the link along to anyone you think might be interested. |

Eastern Michigan Food Bank Partnership |
Cummings Property Management, Inc. has partnered with Food Bank of Eastern Michigan because together we can do so much good for the individuals in our communities. The face of hunger has changed dramatically. Churches and civic organizations apply to Food Bank for food that they then distribute where the need is greatest. Food Bank's buying power enables them to use a $1.00 donation to purchase up to $14.00 of food. A number of our co-owners are involved with this organization so our partnership is a natural fit, and we hope to attract co-owners to their Association's Annual Meetings by our offering.
The management team of Cummings will be encouraging co-owners to attend their Association's Annual Meeting in the next 12 months. Co-owners who attend and donate a tax deductible check of at least $10.00 to Food Bank of Eastern Michigan will have their name entered into a drawing to be held at the meeting. For each $10 donation you will receive 1 entry into the drawing for the prises as outlined below.
- Associations less than 25 units- $25.00 gift card
- Associations 26-75 units- a $50.00 gift card
- Associations 76 units and larger- a $100.00 gift card
We will post periodic reports on our monthly communication regarding the success of more members attending their Annual Meetings and the growing donations to Food Bank of Eastern Michigan. |
