Greetings!
Hopefully, you and your family had an enjoyable 4th of July. At Cummings, many of our staff members took the opportunity to enjoy family time and have returned refreshed and ready for our summer activities.
Later this month we will be partnering with Bennett Answering Service for an informative seminar, The Comfort of Living in a Condo. Continuing Education |
 We were pleased to have a great turn out for our June 17th Legal Seminar, "Ask the Attorney." The event was held in our office on Taylor Dr. in Flint.
Directors began meeting with Attorney Steve Sowell earlier in the day for small private sessions and following a short dinner break we assembled for a Q&A session. The open forum was a great opportunity for Directors to share experiences with one another and gather multiple perspectives on common issues. Sowell's expertise was greatly appreciated.
We look to add future sessions to our website and make them available for viewing online. Please stay tuned to the Seminar Schedule on our Website for future educational meetings. |

Welcome to the Cummings Property Management Family |
| We are pleased to welcome to our family of managed communities, The Ponds Cooperative Homes. This 144 unit community is located in Okemos off Grand River.
We would like to welcome The Warrens Co-Owners Association to the Cummings family of communities as well. This 68 home community is located in North Branch.
We are also honored to announce a new addition to our management team at Cummings, Sean Gartland. Sean will be assisting in property management as well as working on marketing and business development. |
