Our industrial neighbors and friends at PolyFirst Packaging have purchased the beautiful Kendall-Hartcraft building located at 1480 Independence Avenue in the Dodge Industrial Park.

  

This is their second location in Hartford, needed due to significant business development and continued economic growth.  The first facility is conveniently just around the bend at 2261 Innovation Way.

 

They now have an additional 43,384 sq ft and room for future expansion as required.
