WISCONSIN'S FORGOTTEN MIDDLE SKILLS JOBS

 

 

Dr. Jonathan Bullock, Moraine Park Technical College's Vice President of Strategic Advancement, will offer insight with his presentation "Wisconsin's Forgotten Middle Skill Jobs." Bullock will speak to why layoffs are occurring and why employers aren't finding the skilled workers they need.

 

Middle Skill jobs are those requiring more than secondary school but less than a bachelor's degree. Many middle skill careers in Wisconsin fall within the manufacturing industry, which is vital to our state's economy.

 

 

This event is open to the public with special interest to parents of middle and high school students. It is being presented before the start of the Hartford Union High School Showcase, an Academic & Activities Open House.
