The Plan Commission has approved the following projects and/or the Building Inspection Department has issued permits for the following projects since 1/1/11.

 

Autozone:                                                     6,815 square feet

Advance Auto & Sherwin Williams:          6,125 square feet and                                                                 4,020 square feet

Time Trucking Expansion:                           1,620 square feet

Larpen Office Expansion:                                875 square feet

 

Mantz Expansion:                                       25, 395 square feet

Shops of Hartford:                                     23,800 square feet

                                                       Total:     68,650 square feet

 

There have also been about six smaller retail remodels or space finishing projects and the same number of industrial remodeling projects.  In addition, the Sycamore Tree Daycare centers did an extensive remodel of the old API building.  And of course the Library.
