All of our wood products are produced from rough timbers. This allows us to control quality of the members. All of the tooling used to produce our doors/windows is of the highest quality available.
Our door and window machine is one of only 4 in the United States. We are able to accurately machine the tenons and profiles onto the piece in one pass. Our state of the art milling machines utilize disposable cutting knives that achieves exacting straightness and dimensioning to one millimeter.
