We invite you to join us as we examine recommendations in a new report, titled "Be Bold Wisconsin," which calls for changes to the Wisconsin Department of Commerce to help make the state more competitive and grow our economy, with particular emphasis on the manufacturing industry.
Guests will include:
· Former Department of Commerce Secretary Cory Nettles
· Former Department of Commerce Secretary Bill McCoshen
· William Strauss, Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and expert on the manufacturing industry
· Representatives from Indiana, which has transitioned its Department of Commerce to a public/private entity to great effect in recent years
· A panel of manufacturers from across the state
