Hello Again,
We're fast approaching the end of the year. Thanksgiving, 2011 has passed and we have survived Black Friday and Cyber Monday and the hype brought to us by the media and retail to stimulate business. I ask myself how time goes by so fast. A very wise person once told me, "the dollar is round and so is life's cycle." Those of us who are sophisticated and creative thinkers learn something new on a daily basis and benefit by new found knowledge. This month Your News will talk about

The word milestone covers a lot of territory. During difficult economic times anniversaries become more important. This is true for personal plateaus as well as in business. Any organization or non-profit should strive for sustenance by ensuring their employees and supporters are properly acknowledged. Showing appreciation is investing in the future. Acknowledging Anniversaries is a ritual that allows individuals and groups the opportunity to reflect and be grateful.

If you think about the above definition, you can actually make any occasion into a date worth commemorating. Any type of positive acknowledgement makes an impression in addition to recharging energy in an individual. There are a variety of anniversary ideas that can give the recipient positive energy to stay on the right road. Just a few are; recognizing key members of an organization for their volunteer efforts, milestones at a gym for reaching personal goals, the organizational and non-profit sponsor for enhancing financial efforts. Another 'right here and now' avenue of commending an action or plateau is that of efforts made to contribute to the 'green economy.' The Crowded Store
It was the day of the big sale. Rumors of the sale (and some advertising in the local paper) were the main reason for the long line that formed by 8:30, the store's opening time, in the front of the store.
A small man pushed his way to the front of the line, only to be pushed back, amid loud and colorful curses. On the man's second attempt, de was punched square in the jaw, and knocked around a bit, and then thrown to the end of the line again. As he got up the second time, he said to the person at the end of the line....
That does it!!! If they hit me one more time, I won't open the store!"
