This Week in the Park
November 14 - November 18, 2011
- The roof of the garage continued to be waterproofed, the room build out continued, as well as the continued installation of electrical systems, plumping, and sprinklers. The northwest, southwest, and northeast elevator portal landings continued to be constructed. The stairs continued to be built in the northwest and southwest portals.
- The construction of the pump room walls were completed and drainage sleeves continued to be installed.
- The restroom ceilings continued to be painted and restroom door installation continued.
- The sandpit construction was completed in the playground.
- The porphyry installation surrounding the bandstand continued.
- The landscaping continued in the south portion of the park. The lime stone wall continued to be set along Race Street.

Next Week in the Park November 21 - November 23, 2011 - In the garage, the installation of utility systems will continue. Waterproofing the garage roof and back fill along the south garage wall will continue. Steel will continue to be set in the northeast and southwest elevator portals. Blocking on the portals will also continue.
- The build of the pump room will continue. Drainage sleeves will continue to be placed along the ramp wall.
- Installation of the safety surface in the playground will be completed.
- Painting of the historic bandstand will continue as well as the porphyry installation.
- Planting in the south half of the park will continue. Sod will continue to be installed in the south portion of the park.
