- Columns, pile caps and beam pours continue for garage
- Set up forms for deck pours in garage
- Perforated drain sleeves installed in northern side of garage
- Third slab on grade pour in the northern area of garage
- Reset granite curbs at 12th Street for new sidewalk
- Complete east interior ramp wall pours
- Sidewalk pours in southwest of park
- Grading for mud mat around the bandstand to accept pavers
- Began back fill against double sided wall in garage
- Remove temporary ramp on Elm Street
