- West garage wall complete along Elm Street
- Internal plumbing fixture installation in restroom building
- Installation of perimeter underdrains in northwest corner of garage
- Placement of ejector pumps in garage
- Garage wall pours along 14th Street
- Concrete base begun around bandstand for pavers
- Storm line installation in dog park

- Begin to install granite curb around perimeter of site
- Sidewalk pours in southeast of park
- Continue under slab drainage under garage
