- Completed conduit installation at restroom building
- Continued mass excavation throughout the site
- Continued waterproofing installation along garage walls
- Continued storm drainage system throughout the south end of the park
- Continued installation of elevator jack holes for garage construction
- Began pile cap construction and installation for garage foundation
