- Continued installing block walls for the restroom building
- Continued playground foundation and curb installation
- Finalized conduit installation for the restroom utilities
- Continued mass excavation throughout the site
- Continued waterproofing installation
- Continued storm drainage system throughout the south end of the park
- Installed utility duct bank in sidewalk area along Race Street
- Began installation of elevator jack holes for garage construction

Next Week in the Park
April 18 - 22, 2011
- Continue 2nd lift of mass excavation to 30 feet deep (final depth)
- Continue auger cast pile installation
- Continue waterproofing installation
- Continue underground utility work
- Continue restroom building above ground construction
- Mobilize concrete contractor and begin pile cap installation on the Elm Street side
- Continue sidewalk work along Race Street
- Begin sub-grade base and slab installation around bandstand
