This Week in the Park
  April 4 - April 8, 2011

  • Completed foundation for the restroom building and began constructing walls
  • Continued playground foundation and curb installation
  • Continued installing auger cast piles
  • Continued final stages of lagging board installation to 30 feet deep (final depth)
  • Continued mass excavation throughout the site
  • Continued waterproofing installation
  • Began installation of storm drainage system throughout the south end of the park
  • Completed site demolition around the bandstand

Next Week in the Park
April 11 - 15, 2011

  • Continue 2nd lift of mass excavation to 30 feet deep (final depth)
  • Continue auger cast pile installation
  • Continue waterproofing installation
  • Continue underground utility work
  • Continue restroom building above ground construction, including utility work 
  • Mobilize baker concrete and begin pile cap installation on the Elm Street side
  • Continue sidewalk work along Race Street
