March 28 - April 1, 2011
- Selected all the future trees for the park
- Constructed curbing and foundations for the playground
- Formed footers and foundations for the new restroom building
- Continued installing auger cast piles - currently 50% complete
- Continued final stages of lagging board installation to 30 feet deep (final depth)
- Continued mass excavation throughout the site
- Continued waterproofing installation
- Completed side walk demolition along Race Street between 12th and 13th streets
- Finished dry well installation and began next round of underground utility work

April 4 - 8, 2011
- Continue 2nd lift of mass excavation to 30 feet deep (final depth)
- Continue auger cast pile installation
- Continue waterproofing installation

- Commence site demolition around Bandstand
- Continue sidewalk work along Race Street
