- Completed installation of four dry wells and began installation of fifth (last) dry well
- Completed the layout for the 13th Street restroom station
- Continued final stages of lagging board installation to 30 feet deep (final depth)
- Continued restoration of historic features
- Began the installation of the auger cast piles
- Began the waterproofing installation for the garage
- Began tying rebar cages for the foundation pile caps under the garage

- Continue 2nd lift of mass excavation to 30 feet deep (final depth)
- Continue final lagging board installation to final depth elevation
- Complete fifth (final) dry well installation

- Begin installation of footers for the 13th Street restroom station
