January 10 - 14, 2011
- Continued mass excavation for the garage
- Continued retaining wall installation for garage construction - including lagging boards and tie-backs
- On-going tree work on the south end of the site
- Removal of asphalt and concrete pathways on south end of the site
- Set up drill rig in advance of the auger cast pile drilling operation for garage

Next Week in the Park
January 17 - 21, 2011
- Drill and install tie-backs on retention walls at 14th Street
- Continue lagging board installation to tie-back elevation along 14th Street, working eastward
- Mass excavation at south end of garage, working west to east
- Haul off mass excavation soils (weather permitting)
- Continue asphalt path removal at south side of park
- Remove tree debris from site
- Continue installation of temporary electric service to the site
- Continue survey and general layout on south side of park
