- Continue H piles and shoring system (shoring walls for the garage) installation
- Continue mass excavation for garage
- Move construction fence to south end of site on Wednesday, January 5th (see map below)
- Tree preservation work
- root pruning, tree-trimming, and winter fertilization
- Existing walkway pavement demolition
- Begin dry well installation
- General laying out of the project
- Initial site re-grading
- Begin initial footings/foundations for playground
- Begin underground drainage and plumbing work
