- Pool house demolition complete
- Mass excavation of garage began
- Several trees were removed that needed to come down per plans and the wood is to be recycled for lumber
- Turner/Megen's mobile office arrived on site
- Existing comfort station/restroom building was demolished
- H pile (shoring wall for the garage) installation began
- Continued vertical mulching of existing trees
- Groundbreaking Ceremony took place
