- Fence installation was completed. the fence now extends from 14th Street to just south of therestroom building in the parkand from Elm Street to Race Street
- Sub-contractors are mobilizing at the site
- Preliminary tree preservation work has begun including tree-tagging
- Initial scale playground models have been completed

- Full scale contractor mobilization
- General laying out of the project
- Tree preservation work
- root pruning, tree-trimming, and winter fertilization
- Tree relocation work
- relocating existing trees in the way of construction off-site to Eden Park
- Demolition of the existing pool building and swimming pool
