Meet Moore... [Josh Heenan, CSCS]
Fitness Specialist - Darien
Josh has been with Moore for three years, first as an aide and presently as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in our new Southport location. Josh works with people from all walks of life, particularly high school and college athletes.
He earned his BS in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University; and is currently finishing his MS in Human Movement and Sports Psychology from A. T. Still University.
Josh gained valuable experience as an intern with the Quinnipiac Strength and Conditioning Program. He is certified in both NSCA - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and NASM - Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Josh feels that working alongside people that you respect for their knowledge and character make going to work enjoyable. Josh has competed in collegiate baseball, power lifting and Olympic lifting.
He is also the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Sacred Heart University's Baseball Program. Josh enjoys spending time with friends and family and watching sports.

Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus, also known as MRSA, has become an all too common infection known to be transferred in the hospital setting. Many are unaware that MRSA is present in the community, as well. The number of community-acquired MRSA cases is increasing and is most prevalent in areas such as school gymnasiums and day-care facilities due to being high-traffic shared spaces.
