Gift Certificates 10% Off @ MooreFor some, winter is not only an opportunity to relax, but another chance to procrastinate until you find the motivation to go out and shovel the snow. For others, this is the time to gather up the dusty ski equipment and pick a date to hit the slopes. Did You Know???
Testimonial Corner

"I just wanted to formally thank you and your outstanding staff for the excellent treatment I received on my neck. I can say without hesitation that the Moore Center for Rehabilitation is by far the most proficient medical facility I have ever dealt with.

Your "above & beyond" attitude was on display for all 12 of my sessions. When you combine leading edge technologies and methods (I loved the laser treatments) with the convenient hours, handling my insurance company, the great therapy and front desk staff, I'm not sure why anyone would go anywhere else.

Have a great New Year."

Did You Know???

Shoveling snow can be a pain in a alot of areas. With winter upon us, it's important to be prepared for the inevitable. When you do need to get out there and shovel, follow these tips to avoid injury and stay healthy this winter:

  - Don't wait to shovel all at once - Shovel a few times with lighter accumulation

  - Stay Hydrated - Shoveling is a workout, drink plenty of water

  - Push, don't lift when possible - Pushing snow puts far less strain on your body

  - Take breaks - take a few breaths and stretch out before continuing
