HSA's and FSP's can be used for many services we offer!!

If you have a medical condition that requires exercise or massage, we have personal trainers and massage therapists that can provide you these services. If your HSA/FSP expires at the end of the year, don't wait!

All you need is a recommendation or prescription from your doctor for massage therapy or a personal trainer and those costs can be qualified medical expenses.

What is the ACL and how is it injured?

The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) provides stability to the knee joint by preventing excessive forward motion of the lower leg on the thigh bone.

This ligament is commonly injured during activities that require sudden stopping or change in direction. When an ACL injury occurs, the knee tends to either fall inward or hyperextend. About 80% of ACL Twitterinjuries are non-contact, and the other 20% are from a direct blow to the knee causing it to move into one of the two directions described above. The individual usually hears a pop, which is followed by swelling, pain, and the feeling of the knee being unstable. Weight bearing may become difficult as well. ACL injuries often occur in sports such as skiing, basketball, and volleyball.

Client Testimonials

For the last 20+ years I have suffered from a chronic foot problem that has gotten worse over time...Several months ago, a trusted friend, recommended I go to your facility. It was there I met Rich Epstein MSPT...Apparently, Mr. Epstein and the Orthodics company were not satisfied with my results and without my knowing, had conversations, and made yet another orthotic. How refreshing in this day and age to see that someone really cares and makes the extra effort.
