Special Edition: ADAMH Annual Report
Dear Supporter,David CEO Headshot

The Report of Accomplishments is a summary of the results accomplished throughout 2011, based on the strategic results set by the ADAMH Board of Trustees

The Managing for Results Strategic Performance Plan has been our road map for our operations for the past ten years. Every year, mid-level program managers, senior staff and consumer volunteers work together to determine the best specific and measurable results that will address the most pressing issues and business environment challenges for the new year.  The operational results are then managed by ADAMH staff members and contract providers.

During the past few years, the business environment for ADAMH has changed due many external factors.  As a result, the board made a decision to revisit our strategic results that were established in 2010 and update them to better reflect our current business environment.

In November 2011, the Board of Trustees set new strategic results that will guide the direction and work of ADAMH through 2017.

We are thankful to our Board of Trustees for setting strategic results that stretch us and align with our mission, vision and core values, which guides our work.

We are also very grateful for the public trust given to ADAMH to ensure quality public behaviorial healthcare system exists for those most in need in Franklin County. We remain committed to our pledge to invest 95 cents of every dollar to direct services to the community as illustrated in our annual expenditures and revenue reports.

Thank you for your support of the ADAMH System of Care.  Because of your support, we know treatment works and recovery happens.

Sincerely,

David A. Royer
