Burn the TurkeyJoin us Friday November 29th (the day after Thanksgiving) for an awesome HOT Class. 
10:00 am - 11:30 am.  Burn off the Turkey from the day before and be energized and ready to start your holiday shopping!
$15 Drop In.
 
Pose of the Month 
 
Dhanurasana
(Bow Pose)
Bow Pose 
1.     Lay on your belly with arms along side the body, palms facing up.  (use a blanket under the hips if you need extra padding.)
 2. .  Exhale bringing your heels as close to your buttock as possible.  Reach back with your hands and grab your ankles making sure your knees aren't wider than hips width and ankles stay over the knees.
3.      Inhale and lift your heels away from your buttock, bring the shoulders away from the ears and down the back so that the heart opens.  Look forward.
4.       Don't forget to breathe!  
5.       Release the pose and rest quietly for a few breaths letting everything relax.
