A Note of Love
encouraging words for your new week!
Rest A While

Rest.  Be at rest.  Let all your busy and troublesome thoughts rest.  Worry will wait.  Stress will wait.  Just rest.

Open to this present moment.  Your labored mind will be comforted by the companions of peace and calmness.  Let it in.  And then let it in some more.  Your friends of joy and hope are renewing and strengthening you now.

Rest as the bird celebrates her life in song.  Rest in the quiet flow of a lazy river.  Rest in a brilliant sunset or sunrise.  Rest in a friendly hello from a stranger.  Rest in love.  Rest with you.

When a sudden and abrupt change occurs, rest in the the knowing that a higher order of wisdom is always at work, advocating for your highest good.

Rest a while . . . simply rest . . . rest for today . . .
Your Inner Guidance

People ask me all the time, "how do I know when it's my intuition or if I'm just making up a bunch of stuff."

Discerning your inner guidance takes three things, practiced consistently: trust, action, and awareness.

Trust:  Really learn to trust yourself, even when other people are telling you something different than what your inner senses are saying.

Action: When you get a hunch to call someone, go somewhere, make a different decision, let something go, start something new, act on it.  Sometimes it won't make sense or it might be a bit uncomfortable, that is okay.  You are learning to follow to you inner voice.

Awareness: Authentic intuition is always in the present moment.  Resting in the present moment will automatically raise your awareness to the certainty of your inner guidance.  Stay present and you will raise your awareness to the accuracy of the information you are receiving.

Most of all, have fun with it.  Play with it.  The more you practice your intuitive abilities, the more accurate they get.

Happy Living . . .
