Going to give this a try for a while and see if it is something everyone enjoys and can use, either for event reminders or just keeping up with the many M.S.N. and other GLBT events that are scheduled here in lovely Tucson. This will NOT REPLACE the monthly e-NEWSLETTERS that we currently publish. M.S.N. Fall Picnic Update - -
This is how things are shaping up so far for the picnic essentials:
Hamburger patties, veggie patties, hot dogs, veggie dogs-JOSEPH AND LARRY
Assorted canned sodas and ice--THOM ( recommendation = bring your own favorite if you are picky!!!)
Napkins, paper/plastic plates, plastic cups--DAVIS
Plastic forks, knives, spoons-DAVIS
Chips-potato, corn, tortilla, etc.-BILL & DARREN
Hamburger buns (figure enough for at least 30 hamburgers)-JOHN CARL AND MIKE
Mustard, mayonnaise, catsup, salt/pepper, hot dog relish---RICK AND ALAN
Still need someone to volunteer to supply the following:
Plastic table covers (3)
Lettuce, tomato, onion (sliced and separated into rings for hamburgers), onion (diced to sprinkle on hot dogs)
