We would like to extend an invitation to take a survey which is intended to determine if there might be an interest or need, as an additional membership benefit, in developing a Calling Tree Club.
The Calling Tree Club would be a volunteer effort by all enrolled.
A volunteer would contact you at a designated number that you have submitted, every day. IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER, they would then call another person of your choice to check on you OR call 911, either way, handled in the manner that you request the situation be handled.
If you DO NOT INTEND ON BEING HOME, you would contact your designated caller and let them know prior to leaving to prevent emergency calling action.
