| Message from the CEO | Great news - 100 percent of our Hope PACEŽ clients have reported to us that they would recommend the program to family and friends. A satisfaction rating of 100 percent!
In one sense this is a remarkable accomplishment, as it can be almost impossible to please everyone under any circumstances. On the other hand, this is the level of quality we have come to expect at Hope, through all of our programs of care.
Critical to the quality care delivered to our clients, patients and their families is the loving support of volunteers. It always bears repeating: We could not fulfill our mission without our volunteers.
This survey information should be shared with your friends and loved ones. They too can experience the satisfaction that comes from helping others by joining us as a Hope volunteer.
Let them know that at Hope, our volunteers are adding real quality to the lives of the people in our community. It's a proven fact!
Thank you for all that you do.
- Samira K. Beckwith, Hope President and CEO |
