A letter from Blair Township:
Dear Honor State Bankers,
We just wanted to thank you for once again giving your time to help make the Community Family Fun Day in the Park an awesome day. The popcorn and snow cones were a hit, especially with the wonderful warm weather had. We don't know what we would do without the many volunteers willing to work in the food tent and to help run the games. We know that as employees at the bank, this is not something you are required to do, but chose to, and that makes it mean so much more to us. The day was a huge success and the best Family Fun Day yet, blessed with wonderful volunteers, unexpected donations, and lots of smiling children and families. To the Honor State Bankers, THANK YOU for your contribution to the day because that is what makes this township a community, and as a community we can make great things happen for all that live and work here.

Moving from co-worker to boss isn't easy for everyone. In fact, many people simply can't handle it, so make sure that candidates would be able to lead objectively.

SEP-IRA Plans
A Simplified Employee Pension Plan, commonly referred to as a SEP-IRA plan, is a retirement plan specifically designed for self-employed individuals and small business owners. The plan is first established by an employer (possibly yourself), which then makes tax-deductible contributions on behalf of all eligible employees (including yourself) into separate SEP-IRA accounts.
These accounts carry all the benefits of Traditional IRAs - investment earnings grow tax-deferred until withdrawn. Any employer with one or more employees may establish a SEP plan. If you earn any self-employed income by providing a service, either full-time or part-time, even if you are already covered by a retirement plan at your full-time job, you are also eligible to open a SEP-IRA account.
