Bankers Help Build The Honor State Bank recently partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Benzie County on Saturday, July 25th for their first annual HSB Build Day at a home being constructed in Thompsonville.
Eleven Honor State Bankers, representing the Benzonia, Copemish, and Honor branches, as well as other departments, started at noon under sunny skies and warm temperatures. They were assisted by four Habitat volunteers and the partner family of Sarah Meachum as they worked in teams of threes, putting up vinyl siding on the sides of the house.

With so many similar products and services out on the market today, it's difficult for small businesses to differentiate themselves from their larger competitors. So how can a small business gain a competitive edge against larger businesses? Great branding! Branding isn't just about having a catchy slogan or a unique company logo.
