It is the Time of Year that we Reflect...
As I think back over the past year, and all the difficulties in the housing market, I am reflective and thankful. There were many times this past year when I felt sad for the situation my clients were in, but thankful that they were seeking professional advice and help. Having to face such difficult times without professional advice would seem daunting. I also saw the other side of the situation and how it provided opportunities for others - Always a silver lining...
I hope you found a silver lining this year. For me, it was a time for additional education and the possibility of guiding many through the complicated and often murky waters of real estate.
