An absolutely outrageous value and a great wine in its own right, the equal part blend of Syrah and Grenache, the 2010 Vindemio Imagine, is also aged completely in concrete casks, This is an amazing wine, displaying notes of meat juices, spring flowers, black raspberries, blackberries and cassis. Full-bodied, unctuously textured, rich and full, but with remarkable purity and freshness, this is a terrific effort from proprietor Jean Marot. Drink it over the next 5-7 years, although it could actually last a lot longer.

Explore the world of artisanal hand-crafted cheeses in a unique, exciting, and fun tasting experience. Learn how to pair cheese and wine as well as expanding your knowledge of the world of cheese. We will introduce cheese basics, including milk types, textures and flavors as well as how to shop for, care for, and serve fine cheeses. We will then guide you through a tasting of 10+ cheeses and 5 wines from around the world and teach you how to incorporate them into your own home entertaining!

Bread, cheese & charcuterie served with the class.
