College for Certain for Perspectives Students! |
 Exciting news from Tony Seiden, Director of our College Counseling Department! We are thrilled to report that already this year, over 70 percent of Perspectives' seniors have been accepted into college, earning $1.4 million in scholarships!
Most of our students are the first in their families to go to college and so we introduce them to college in the sixth grade, with the result that students begin to ask where they will go to college, not if. We then accompany them on local and regional tours in their sophomore and junior years. Each student is assigned a counselor in their junior year, who over the next two years ensures that they are introduced to colleges, scholarships and financial aid packages that meet their individual needs. Perspectives students are required to apply to five colleges and for ten scholarships in order to graduate and for the last three years, an average of 92% of our students have enrolled in college!
