Perspectives' Rodney D. Joslin campus is proud to announce that the entire senior class graduated this year, and 97% will be going on to college! Our graduates will be attending colleges and universities such as the Art Institute of Chicago, DePaul University, North Central College, Spelman College, and Tennessee State University.
This level of achievement has been happening for nearly a decade in our schools - a result of our combination of academic rigor, a culture that emphasizes College for Certain, and our ethics standards of A Disciplined LifeŠ.
We continue to celebrate that after 3 years, 78% of our alumni are still in college. This percentage significantly outperforms rates in our city and across the country.

Perspectives Graduate heads to
Spelman College

Jasmine Brand always knew she wanted to attend a historically Black college. "It was clear from the start that Jasmine had great potential. She is smart, ambitious, and has tremendous character," reflects Traci Wright, Principal of the Rodney D. Joslin campus.
Over the past four years,Traci and Jasmine formed a bond that extended past the classroom. Traci recalls, "We would talk about big-picture things together, about whether she wanted to go into business, be a dentist, or a social activist. I think Perspectives helped her learn more about herself so she was prepared to make the right decisions about her own future."
