The average Brookwood teacher has sixteen years of teaching experience. Our veteran teachers are experts in their fields and consistently create classrooms that students look forward to visiting. Our newer teachers understand that teaching is a calling. They always come to us with high energy and new skills to share. Together, they have so much to pass on to our students.

On top of classroom responsibilities, Brookwood teachers connect with students through extra-curricular groups of all kinds. Their leadership, knowledge and team-building skills have contributed to the success our ensembles, teams and clubs have enjoyed throughout the years. And, whenever there is a school event, dance or graduation, you'll find faculty there to support students.

I ended this morning's faculty meeting with a slideshow created for the Brookwood faculty. While you may not recognize all the faces or the events pictured, I'm sure you can appreciate the impact a favorite teacher or coach can have on a student. We are lucky to have these teaching professionals at 1255 Dogwood Road.
