In case you missed it... our Localicious event was amazing.
On Thursday, June 14th, over 180 PFEC friends and staff feasted on locally produced food prepared by Chef Nic, bid on fantastic auction items, honored Alex Mulcahy from Grid Magazine and thanked Kathy and Dick D'Addario for their leadership in creating our adult cooking programs.
"Victory beer and local cheeses were enough, but the farro and beets, the turkey with mustard sauce, and the cocktail salads were sublime. And then the desserts! Sign me up for next year!" "I can't believe someone outbid me for the dinner cooked by Farmer Andy!" "The food is the hit of the night."
The event was made possible by the incredible work of a team of volunteers. We thank you all for a very successful event that supports our education programming.
