To the Pennypack Community:
Please join the Pennypack Farm Farmers in an organized
showing of the new movie, "Food, Inc".
You have been wanting to read those books you hear about
but you don't have time: Books about food, YOUR food, your
FAMILY'S food.
You see various emails from sustainable farming, world hunger,
animal rights or non-GMO organizations that try to update you
on the current status of an issue.
And sometimes you wonder,
where does the food in the supermarket come from?
Spend 90 minutes with us at the Ambler Theater and get a lot
of those questions answered.
Select reviews of the movie.... "I am not generally in the habit of praising movies for being good for you, but Food, Inc. is more than just a terrific documentary - it's an important movie, one that nourishes your knowledge of how the world works." -- Owen Gleiberman, Entertainment Weekly
"Don't take another bite till you see Food, Inc., an essential, indelible documentary." -- Peter Travers, Rolling Stone
Visit www.foodincmovie.com for details about this important documentary.
Visit www.amblertheater.org for directions and parking information.
While an RSVP is not necessary to see the movie or to get our discounted ticket price of $5 (normally $8.75) RSVP's by Friday July 24th are appreciated so the theater and farm staff can plan accordingly. Feel free to forward this invitation to family and friends.
We hope to see you on Monday evening, Andy Andrews and the farm staff
